Minimum 3 years MIG welding experience required. Must have previous fabrication experience with the ability to follow blueprints, verbal instructions, or written work orders. Must be able to perform inspections and use appropriate measuring tools to ensure quality. Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift 50 to 100 pounds. Must have the ability to stand, bend, squat, or kneel for extended periods of time. Must have an excellent understanding of safety practices and procedures in a fabricating environment. Must have the ability to work well with others or alone and stay on task.
